During my recent travel, I had the opportunity to stay at House Villa in Rye, and I must say that it was a convenient choice for a transit stay. One of the advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the nearest airport. Located just 103 km away, it made my journey hassle-free and time-efficient. The easy access to the airport allowed me to have a smooth and stress-free transition between flights, which is always a huge relief when you're constantly on the go.

While my stay at House Villa was overall pleasant, there was one minor inconvenience that I noticed. Some shelves in the kitchen and a set of hooks by the front door were a bit too high for smaller than average people.

We had a great time exploring the nearby cobbled streets and enjoying the convenience of the bus and train stations, which were just a short walk away. the property was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the helpful ringbinder that provided recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

We did experience a minor inconvenience with the lack of toilet paper in the house.

I had a blast fishing and cycling around the area, feeling like a regular sporty person. The free WiFi was a lifesaver for my social media addiction, and the patio in my accommodation was the perfect spot for some epic selfies.

Oh, I just loved how London Gatwick Airport is the "nearest" one. Clearly, an invitation for some extra travel time and airport adventures.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The rooms were spacious and perfect for relaxing. The three toilets were a great convenience for our family. We enjoyed building sand castles and playing in the waves at Camber Sand beach. Rye is a charming and relaxed town, and we loved climbing up the church tower for a amazing view. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

We really got great value for our money at this lovely hotel. The room was super comfortable and well equipped, and we even received a generous welcome pack. The location was perfect, just a short 7-minute walk to the High Street. The staff treated us warmly and provided thoughtful amenities like a pouch of bits and bobs in the bathroom cabinet. Plus, the house was surprisingly warm, even in December!

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Great location just a short walk to the beautiful cobblestone streets of the old town and close to bus and train stations. The house was one of the cleanest and best equipped I have ever stayed in. Fully equipped kitchen with excellent kitchen equipment and a super comfortable breakfast. The host provided a helpful ringbinder with recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

There was a bit of noise from a nearby pub, but it wasn't too bothersome during our stay. The lack of outdoor space, although not an issue in the colder weather, could be a downside in warmer weather when more people are leaving the pub.

We stayed at this lovely house in the heart of Rye for a few nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with cozy beds and a clean kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Despite being in the center of town, we weren't bothered by any noise from outside. The hosts even provided thoughtful extras like condiments, household appliances, and a welcome pack. It made our stay feel truly special.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
